1. Only students who have completed the online survey are eligible to enter the free prize draw to win the prize. Incomplete surveys for the prize draw will not be accepted.

2. All entrants must have been a Kaplan student to take part in this free prize draw.

3. The prize will be 1 of 5 Samsung Galaxy 10.1 Tab's. No cash alternative is available and any prize is strictly non-transferable

4. Of the completed online survey entries, the winner will be selected by an independent adjudicator within 24hrs of the prize draw. 

5. Kaplan employees or any co-sponsors of the competition, their respective group companies and relatives are not eligible to enter this competition.

6. Kaplan Financial Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend these rules at any time and to suspend or cancel the prize draw at any time.

7. Kaplan cannot be held responsible for any loss that may be incurred by readers attempting to enter this free prize draw. 

8. The prize draw is free to enter using the online survey form or simply by sending a SAE to Steve Gaughan, 6th Floor, St James Building, 79/89 Oxford Street, Manchester, M1 6FQ.

10. No correspondence will be entered into regarding this prize draw. Kaplan's decision is final.

11. An email will be sent to the winner of the prize within 48hrs of the prize draw. 

12. The prize draw will be held on 29th June 2012. Kaplan reserves the right not to give away any prize if no winner is found.
